lol while tempting to try to tank i think i will save those attmepts for when i can get some helpful (and patience) guildies to run with me :)

On the other hand, you'll never know how to tank if you don't try.

You do not need to pick up +defense gear to tank regular 5-mans. Just keep your stamina high for survivability and your strength high for threat. Make yourself a good tanking talent build, and hit those regulars.

As you learn the ins and outs of tanking, you will get better at it. As you clear dungeons, you will get better tanking gear. The first few times are going to suck, but it will get exponentially easier as you go.
